We purchased 2 vehicles on our visit, a Durango SRT for my wife and a Rebel for myself. While the purchase experience was great, its always what happens after the purchase that matters.

At 100 miles I took my Rebel to the car wash to have water leaking through the front mic on the drivers side head liner. I called my sales rep and he had me immediately bring the truck into Service. So on the 20th Service looked at it and said it was just a clogged drain and "cleaned" the drains. Of course Saturday I washed the truck at home, and what do I find but water dripping through the mic again. Scheduled with Service for them to look at the truck again. Dropped the truck off yesterday morning and got a call just before 5 that it was all set. Showed up this morning to pick it up to find once again water leaking through the front mic. Maybe run it through a car wash to verify the fix before you tell the consumer its all set?

UPDATE: They kept the Ram another day and found the frame and gasket for the sun roof was not correctly seated during assembly. Service also did run it through a car wash before they called it fixed this time.

I will say that the folks in service were very friendly. I just with they had water checked the "fix" the first or second time.
