I can't say i'm thrilled to be a repeat customer but if I have to keep hurting myself I am glad to have found a place like Cynergy Physical Therapy. I was referred to Cynergy post-op for my shoulder (torn labrum/capsule as a result of a dislocation) and working with Jeff and the rest of the team made my recovery significantly easier. I find that I save trips to the Dr. because the staff is so knowledgeable and accommodating and can answer my questions. My operated on shoulder is now stronger than my "good" arm. Back at Cynergy now after tearing my PCL, there was nowhere else I'd rather go. I've been working with Kayla who has been incredible - the perfect blend of professionalism and bedside manner to make recovery a little bit easier. I find myself actually looking forward to the torture that could be rehab/physical therapy. Finally, the office managers/reception staff has been nothing but wonderful. They work around your schedule and are comfortable adapting to last minute changes. When I inevitably hurt myself again, which I most certainly will as a 30 something athlete attempting to hold on to his youth, I know I'll be in good hands with Kayla and the team at Cynergy.
