Three to four stars for BPP. It's a gorgeous early 20th century construction which means a real mix of room sizes. If they say cozy be warned your room may not even have a table, just the bed in the closet. Their larger rooms are great. The lobby bar has a good drink selection and attentive staff. Plus there is a Starbucks in the hotel.
