I contacted Swift less than 48 hours before our scheduled departure to Mexico. Although all of their spots were already taken, the customer service rep who answered the phone gave me some clues as to how to proceed on our own and we were able to get our passport in time for our trip. Her help was invaluable to us and certainly above and beyond the call of duty. The next time we need a passport expediter, we won't hesitate to call Swift.
