I received a phone message from Susan Williamson and she was very concerned about our stay. She listened to my concerns and seemed to truly want to make it right. My husband and I don t travel very much anymore so it was very disappointing to have such bad luck. Thank you to Susan for believing in Tides Inn. I hope she can help with our return.
