My car was due for maintenance service. I made an appointment online before I called them and verified I'd get a loaner car. When I dropped my car, they refused to provide a loaner car until I insisted few times. They said I hadn't made an appointment for a loaner car. There was no such option on their online reservation portal and that expectation was very confusing. They finally did give me a car from Enterprise for which I had to pay $20 for a 4WD option.
WRT the maintenance service itself, it went well as expected.
