Chad O. at Genz Ryan assessed my leaking water heater was due to a cracked tank and needed replacement. He was very helpful and went over all possible options. While installing he not only let my 6 year old son watch but talked with him and explained what he was doing and answered all his questions. (my son was even talking with him about his favorite movies and Chad was chatting right along with him!)
When he left there was zero evidence he was even here other than the shiny new water heater! I'll recommend Genz Ryan and Chad Olson to anyone! Quite simply the best.
Dropping a lot of money on house repairs isn't fun, but doing it with full knowledge of what is being done, how its being done, the exact cost, and giving my son a fun afternoon of learning more about how things work definitely softens the blow!
