The service and professional work that was done was undeniable. We were told however that the original quote was locked in ,regardless of any installation issues. Well that turned out not to be true as we had 1,150 dollars added to the final cost with the water heater install. Pictures were taken of it a week before the installation happened. Not happy with the extra $1,150 added on when we were told the price was set
