My Dad passed in Oct 2018 when he was 88, and they prepaid for Neptune. On that day, the 2 caretakers were so respectful and quiet during our time of grieving. They arrived within 1.5 hours after the call, and handled all the paperwork and cremation. They told me the date. They told me when he was going out on the boat to sea. and they sent a card afterwards. The keepsake box was also very classy looking,and for those that do not want ashes out to sea, you can get them back and put them in the wooden urn. I saw negative reviews, and wanted to post my favorable experience with Neptune and this Sherman Oaks branch. Dear friends of the family asked me for a recommendation, and I was pleased to refer them to this Sherman Oaks office, and felt a great review was long overdue.
