If you try to ask for costs up front, they will assure you that insurance will cover everything and then bill you for stuff you didn't need. Then for insult, they scatter the bills around and hit you two or three times across the next few months with surprise expenses. I was told 9 months ago that I would have no expenses out of pocket. I have paid $1800 to date, and a couple months after I thought I was done, I was hit by a collections bill for another charge. Thanks for nothing.
