I am going to file multiple complaints about this ...

I am going to file multiple complaints about this place. I had to call an ambulance for my boyfriend due to a really bad Seizure. I came with the car and his service dogs. I checked in and waited. A few minutes later the desk nurse advised me that I would not be granted access to see him not bring his service dogs to him because an employee in back is allergic. Wait, what if he had brought his dogs in the ambulance or brought them in himself? Would they have denied him service and aide? But knowing how chaotic it can be I waited. After about 2 hours without any word I went to ask for an update. The desk nurse had left and only the security guard was there. I asked him if I could get an update. After a dirty look he said he was sleeping last time he was in back but would check again. He returned with an attitude that he shouldn't be having to help and said he was still too intoxicated to be released and that I could wait 1 to 2 hours when they would release him or go home and come back, and with another dirty look said that's your update and sat down and went back to providing his phone the attention he felt it needed. So another 2 hours pass and my boyfriend finally emerges. No one on duty at the desk to help him or make sure he was okay to walk out (the security guard had better things to do than keeping the waiting room watched) I greet him with his dogs and he asked where the hell I had been. Apparently the nurse had told him I had come with the dogs and decided to go home to wait. So they just didn't want to be bothered with his dogs or partner. I am submitting complaints with every agency possible. It is illegal to deny access to a person's service animal, period. I intend to also go to the news with this and I will not be dropping the issue until I have confirmation that these people are punished.
