The extra mile Customer service just unbelievable!!

Why? Because I clicked on a beautiful gift bag and some other important items, ready to check out and it said beneath the gift bag Warning! If shipping address is California we can t sell them . I said wait a minute! They selling glossy bags all over the place here in LA so why? I was heart broken and decided to stop shopping come back later and write that complaint email. Y all know haha.. but wait can you believe I had a phone call from Candice Mckintorch @ Dollar days in Arizona this morning explaining why?( it is based on a proposition ) which obviously was beyond their control and asking if i needed a similar gift bag that could be shipped to California or anything else. Listen! This is an in-store kinda service if Ure lucky. I was so overwhelmed because I shop online and i ve never ever received any phone call from not even one company asking why i m having trouble.. you know it s usually the opposite. She took her time to call me someone who was purchasing just a few items and couldn t get through. Remember, you have the right to spend your money anywhere without question but this is an exemplary Customer Service we as consumers need to keep coming back! All businesses should learn from this. Unless D-days doesn t have what i m looking for, i m buying from them. Shout out to Candice Mckintorch! Shout out to Dollar days!! Life time Customer!!!
