Please do not go to get service at Hendrick Honda!

I had a battery replacement back in Sept. and I was supposed to pay a prorated amount. However, they charged me a full amount. When I contacted them about it, they told me that it was a honest mistake and I would get a refund. I was fine with that at that time. Nobody is perfect.

However, I was naive!

The month has passed by and I still have not received a refund. If I was the one who did not pay enough, I am sure Hendrick Honda would take my money right away!

The service person told me that I could get a free oil change instead of giving me a refund. Why do I do that? I have already lost trust with them. Why would I go back there for?

They are very shady.
The worst customer service ever! I have been a Honda customer for many years, but not any more.
