Good morning,

Good morning,
I had to get married on June 20, 2020 unfortunately in this uncertainty and without knowing how we will be in less than two months, we decided to postpone the wedding in September, also because it is an important event and we would like to be able to celebrate it with friends and relatives and possibly not with a mask and gloves. All proved to be very understanding catering, location and anything else, allowing us to move without any penalty. All except the tour operation Naar Tour operator who sold us the honeymoon, which tells us that by law we can cancel within 60 days with a 25% penalty payment after 60 days from departure the penalty becomes 50%, as the refund voucher is currently only available for departures until 2 May. I can't wait and see if it will be prolonged, as a wedding cannot be organized in a month so as we said we have stopped everything, we no longer have the marriage rightly not getting married and therefore we certainly cannot leave, without neglecting that expensive travel had to be paid for by gifts from travel list guests, so we don't even have the economic strength. Finally even if we could afford it, what trip would it be not our honeymoon! It is not certain that we have got rid of and decided to suspend the dream of our life is that we are in an emergency and fear, unfortunately! I guarantee that we will have preferred to take advantage of the trip, get married and fulfill our dream! I believe it is a just cause to cancel or have the opportunity to travel on a different date. I read about a case in the aftermath of the Twin Towers tragedy that may have made jurisprudence. I intend to use a lawyer who said to me: I believe that the tour operator's obstinacy can be considered censurable.
