This facility is so incredible! All the way from the staff at the front desk to the practitioner. There is nothing more powerful than seeing a team of powerful women exude nothing but kindness & support. I highly recommend this facility! Thank you ladies

Came here for some testing, the receptionist was super nice and the lady that attended me was even nicer! I really recommend the place, I had no appointment and i was done before an hour.
Rude as hell. 9/10 attitude problems. The one in the hood is a better location.
After four different nurses and three hours of waiting to ultimately receive nothing, they still haven't decided whether nonbinary people exist or not.
First time going to a PP and had a wonderful experience! Made an appointment only two days prior for Nexplanon (the arm implant birth control). My appt was at 1:30, I arrived about 15 min early and was all done by 2:00! I heard it's not too long of a wait even without an appt. Everyone was so nice and the place is very clean and I was very comfortable and pleased with my experience.
No one is barely here I scheduled an earily appointment 8:10 just to pick something up no exams or anything and here I am over an hour later a person with no appointment that got here after me and two girls before her have already been seen. I made the earliest appointment possible because I have a big load of responsibilities to tend to
They don't know what they're doing at all or they're not working right cuz it's just taking way longer than it's suppose to take !!!
It's funny they take down all the bad reviews but I will continue to post! Worst customer service ever especially by the front desk girl. Who is a liar and when caught and called out on her lie acted stupid about the whole situation. Ridiculous, pointless to have an appointment if they still have you wait over 1 hour. Waste of time! Don't come here!!
The wait was about an hour after filling out paperwork it recently opened so not too many people go there and the workers are very nice
