I have used Jon Wayne three times and whatever they are doing is consistent treatment ALL the times I e called and have gotten service. From the call in customer service folks (both guys and girls) make me smile every time. The service guys are phenomenal and I appreciate the service I get from them. Will seriously think about canceling my other warranty contract with another group. These guys are local and deliver awesome service.
