I searched for a week to find a bulk order of respirator masks. Finally I found that this company had them, so I ordered several packages. I received a call from their general manager a few days later to tell me that they only had half of my order in stock at the moment. He asked if I wanted half my order shipped now, or if I wanted to wait for the full order. I asked him to ship half the order they currently had in stock and ship the rest later. He gave me his word that he d get those masks out to me. A few hours after the call, he sent me an email that included the phrase "The owner of our company just instructed me to not sell those at this time." I called him just now and 3 minutes into the call, he hung up on me.

Long story short, don t work with this company. They accepted my money, confirmed that they had some of my order in stock, guaranteed they would ship it that week, and then cancelled the order. It is very rare and disappointing to come across a business that so blatantly goes back on their word.
