JUST PLAIN HORRIBLE! Got credentialed with Alivi a...

JUST PLAIN HORRIBLE! Got credentialed with Alivi and they first told me we will be in-network in Sept (which is stated in our welcome letter) we booked patients and found out we were still out-of-network after seeing patients. They completely lied and didn't even make us aware. Then they told us October. From October went to November (which we were assured by 2 "managers") and from November it went to December. I was very upset and gave them a piece of my mind and then we finally got a welcome letter AGAIN for January. We are finally in-network but yet we submitted authorization request about a week ago and I haven't heard back from them. Now, I am trying to follow up on the authorization and NO ONE answers. We have patients booked for tomorrow and now perhaps I have to reschedule them again. IT IS HORRIBLE! DO NOT GET CREDENTIALED WITH ALIVI. I was also told they don't have a portal for authorization status. We just can't work with a company like this. Very unreliable and they ALL seem lost.

I am the owner of 2 companies. 1 is a medical billing company for Acupuncturist. We work with over 1,000+ of Acupuncturist and if this company does not fix their issues asap, I will NOT get any of our Acupuncturists credentialed with this company.
