It s a beautiful and well designed property.The cleaning staff and the staff at the breakfast dining area is very polite and courteous.In my opinion their best employee is Mr.Kom,he s the person who is going to assist with all the calmness and beautiful smile ,he knows true hospitality .Then,their room are spacious and well designed with a small stylish balcony .Apart from that they have rooftop bar and swimming area which is super cool and lovely .Wi-fi is available at the hotel premises once you checked-in.They have internet facility at the Lobby area where you can check your mails at computer .7/11 shop is just next to the hotel where you can get all the necessities like liquor,fruits,packed snacks etc .It s a beautiful hotel in the shape of ship .

The only drawback is that it is next to the busy road.And another thing I observe is that there are two front desk (reception) female employee which are less receptive to the Indian National and they greet other national like Americans and Russian etc with big smile but when they see an Indian they won t greet which was quite strange.I have been to Bangkok also but I haven t seen such type of behaviour there.I have deep respect for all nationalities as we all are equal.The management needs to see it s CCTV and give some training to these two female reception staff because it is the tourist or your customer who is visiting your property and investing in it.

Apart from that it s a high-class and superb property with all the basic amenities.Money Exchange is also next to the hotel.I love this hotel as it is near to all the well known location like Banzaan Market,Jungceylon Mall,Bangla Road,Patong beach ,only Karon beach is 7-8 Km far from this place.And Big Buddha is a 20-30 minutes drive from the hotel.

Good Indian restaurant are also available at the Bangla road.

Breakfast buffet at the hotel is fresh and yummy as you have many options at the breakfast table .Hot coffee and tea and variety of juices are awesome .

Note:They keep 3000 THB as security deposit at the time of check-in and return the amount at the time of check-out.

But,overall I am in love with Phuket and this beautiful country Thailand .Amazing Thai people with beautiful smile .

I love Thailand and have deep respect for Thai people .
