I came to this hotel with my husband during a gate one tour. I was a bit reluctant at first because the hotel was "sight unseen" (never heard of the brand) but due to the quality of everything else with the tour group I knew this hotel would be first class. The hotel rooms were very cozy and modern. They have a very friendly staff and sometimes they provided a universal|foreign power charger for our cell phones. The view of the hotel is Cityview. Depending on where your room is. They also have a bidet in the bathrooms. We had a happy hour drink "spritza" (sp) in the lobby that came with a healthy portion of chips, snacks and chewables to have with your drink. I must say I was impressed. The lobby is very upscale. There is always someone there anticipating or asking what you need. The banquet room food service was excellent. We absolutely adore the food and I actually ate every bite on my plate. Try the strawberry tart if they still have it. The hotel is centrally located and you can walk to the train station and shopping very easily. I specially love walking around at night. I totally recommend this hotel to everyone and regret not taking any pictures of the actual hotel room because it was very beautiful and immaculate.
