The place was extremely busy and understaffed so we decided to take our order out and not sit in overcrowded noisy place. The blond (English Speaking) lady who took our order forgot to add one item and only remembered it later. She lied to the manager that she told us about it and the waiting time, and to us that she placed the full order right away. Later she admitted to make the mistake but no apologies were offered. We had to wait for 50 minutes, not including the time it took them to take the order. I am utterly surprised why they are still not computerized! Will do my best to avoid the place in the future unless i do not want to be served right away. Gave two stars because of the food. Despite of being really packed and extremely busy the food was good, fully cooked and did not miss any items.
