We really wanted to give a 0/5 but that wasn t an option. The service is unbelievably poor and the rooms are just not being cleaned properly (even post COVID reopening). We have found multiple spiders in various areas including near the window and on the ceiling above the bed. After our first complaint the front desk said they will get it cleaned which was not the case because when we came back to the room we found spiders on the ceiling above the bed. After the second complaint we waited half hour for someone to show up, and upon knocking, the staff member handed us a lint roller saying we have to do it ourselves as it s company policy.

The Marriott brand has gone down dramatically. If you can t manage the hotel why reopen it?? We will not be wasting anymore money at Marriott And taking our business elsewhere.
