My 91-year-old mother, who has just had a stroke in July and who supposedly signed a contract by phone and a sampling authorization on 15.08 ...
We had written on Bloctel, but obviously it does not back people very dishonest and unscrupulous.
Difficult to terminate a contract that we have not And certainly does not exist, only 2 levies of 14.70 on his account are very real!
We have opposed the bank and if that is not enough we will go to complain. I have read dozens and dozens of cases like ours concerning this company, it's really shameful!
