Worst experience. The hotel is totally outdated. Bad service and staff. The room that I was provided had broken amenities and a blocked toilet. The Western Commode did not flush properly and the bathroom used to stink. This hotel ruined my entire experience of London and I don't think I'll ever willingly book another Hilton.
