My review is for the Flame Bar - (the Eye fillet is just to die for.) The staff are incredibly professional and friendly, lead by Nathan that knows all of the regulars and works the restaurant like a pro. When he is away Andrew steps in and does a sterling job as well. The restaurant has two sections that can be cordoned off for a bit of private dining for large groups. The menu is extensive with great options for all the different food lovers. I want to know who their meat supplier is as it is top quality! There is an open plan kitchen and you can see the team work of all the kitchen staff- from head chef to kitchen hand there is a real buzz about it. The whole experience is top class! It's one of our favourite p[laces to eat!
