Horrible experience. They are all so accommodating in the beginning, but towards the middle -end of tenancy the service starts to go downhill. It was nearly impossible to reach any of their agents regarding a longstanding issue we had with the gas meter- and not letting us know beforehand that the electricity was set to a business plan and that this would require a request to transition to a domestic account- which even the british gas customer team was confused as to why our own agency did not let us know ahead of time - several phone calls and emails with no reply. And no email sent to us to even let us know who to contact after our agent was no longer working there.
And to top it all off, London is one of the most diverse cities in the world, and agencies especially should know that there would be international customers where english would not be their first language. One of my other colleagues who shared the flat with me was discriminated by one of the team members, asking frustratedly if she could get someone on the phone who could speak 'better english'. This is not acceptable. All in all, this company is very unprofessional and I would highly advise to not use their services.
