I am currently staying here and while I enjoy the hotel, there was confusion regarding my booking. Their staff did not listen to my request to book my stay under the group rate that I should have used for my conference here. They put me in a very expensive room and are refusing to consider the group rate that I should have paid. I made my request on their website and so I have no copy of my initial request, but they must have it on their side.
My boy friend and I have been discussing getting married next year and initially I was thinking of coming to this hotel for our honeymoon but after this, I will be looking elsewhere.
