Worst experience ever. Called to close my 401 K. I was asked for SS card, DL, W2 and a proof of rent statement. Are you serious. How about a retinal scan, and a blood test. Never put your money here. Still waiting on an email response just to tell me what's in my account. And apparently that takes 5 business days. What a joke!! I recently closed an account with beneficial and had my check in my hand in 5 days. Run away from millennium.
