I debated between a 3 and a 4 for this review.

We went to a home show to get a quote on a fence. There were no fencing people there, but on our way out, we started talking to a rep from this company. They talked us into a quote for windows and doors.

We figured why not, but insisted we were not doing windows or doors next.

The rep came to our home at 730pm the next day. He measured, and told us all about the amazing features of the windows and doors. We didn't really have the amount in the budget, and finally after saying no 3 times, he came back with a reasonable price. It was still out of our budget - see, we STILL want a fence, but honestly at this point it was 1230 in the morning, and we kind of said yes to get him out of the house so we could go to bed.

Ultimately, I was okay with the price, and we were excited to be getting a sliding glass door. (Yep - the windows were still out of our price range right now). The installation was scheduled for a month later due to my availability.

The guys came out today and installed. I was given a time of 9-10 for arrival, and they got here at 915am. The installed quickly, and were very clean. The one gentleman showed me how to open and close the door, and lock it, and made sure I had the warranty paperwork. The install finished at 1115, so 2 hours for the new sliding glass door.

I am really pleased with the product. The only thing I did not like about the company was the length of time "selling" us on the products, and how long it took. I also do not appreciate having to say no multiple times, and the sales person mysteriously finds wiggle room in the price.

I will be using this company again in the future, I just hope that they can give me less run around on pricing for our next project.
