The Metro exit was on the same block as the hotel which was convenient. The staff was very friendly. I was there for a one-way conference so I didn't stray too far from the conference rooms. It was unseasonably warm outside and the rooms were slightly warm but their system handled kept it comfortable for the most part. The bathrooms were a bit hard to find but they were clean. The catered box lunches were high-quality. They had multiple options and had more than enough food in them. I never had an issue with them running out of snacks or drinks.
