This is the First and definitely the last time I will purchase from Direct365, the whole experience was stressful and very poor. It started when my order for multiple products had items out of stock even though the website had not confirmed this at the time. My delayed delivery eventually arrived with only a few items and the majority of my order missing. I contacted their very unhelpful customers services who informed that the other items were being sent from other suppliers within the next few days but they couldn't say exactly when. If I had known that this Website Company are just using multiple suppliers to send out the goods i.e. Drop Shipping then I would definitely not have placed my order. My experience was a total disaster from start to finish, a week and a half later I am still waiting for parts of my order. My recommendation is Do Not Use this company unless you are placing an order for just one item as multiple items will come from separate suppliers different times of the day or week without notice or even a delivery note to enable you reconcile what has arrived or in my case NOT!!
