What a horrible experience I had last night!

What a horrible experience I had last night!
I was playing about 30 slot machines and at the end of it all, I kept on moving around playing different machines, and I never checked on my tickets till the end...what a surprise I had when I realized that 2 of my tickets were blank. So I went to the floor manager to let her know about the situation and she replied by saying that "oh well, you should've checked as you go"
To be quite honest, I will never go back and I will make sure that non of my friends and family will go to this poor managed casino.
It was a simple check-pon cameras procedure and they choose not to.
Lesson learned, check your tickets to see if you have the right amount...=[
