Micro management, poor planning, looking to blame others for their ineptitude, specially the V&V team manager. Never seen such a person with such an sarcastic & worst attitude. Management is short sighted and only Interested for their bonuses. They don't need engineer's credentials or experience. Contractors cannot use their knowledge, they will terminate them if they try to. Worst Location to work, feels like a Ghetto.
