Order states 4-9 days for shipping but my last ord...

Order states 4-9 days for shipping but my last order took over a month and was only shipped after persistent emails to customer service. I thought this was a fluke so I tried again but had the same results.
They are more than happy to charge you at time of purchase but don't expect any delivery unless you constantly call/email customer service and wait at least a month.

not going to waste my time again.
