We stayed there for 2 nights a few days ago. From Sunday to Tuesday. On Monday morning there was suddenly a terrible clamor of manual work. The drilling was so bad that even the floor vibrated slightly. The room was de facto unusable all day. When asked by the cleaning lady standing in the corridor, she said that the work would continue for the whole week. My problem wasn't the work itself. It goes without saying that something has to be renewed / repaired in a hotel. What really bothered me was how I deal with the guest. I booked by phone 3 days before arrival. One would expect from a wellness hotel that they at least point out the construction activities. When I submitted my criticism at the reception, the only answer was: "Yes, I understand you ...".
Conclusion: dealing with the guest leaves more than to be desired. Therme was very nice.
