I experienced this hotel for the first time, and I was satisfied with enjoyment and full of beautiful memories. I spent a night here with my family.
Service: Five stars. From the counter to providing hot towels, they are considerate and satisfied. The gentleman who took us upstairs was polite and funny (but they didn t wear a mask and were a little suspicious) and explained the equipment of our 38 ping room very carefully. And balcony, etc., room service is attentive! Afterwards, I will say Miss OO (the tenant s last name), a little bit of action but I feel very careful about the quality of service.
Meals: There are few choices of meals in the guest rooms. After a few hours, there will be no Chinese meals. I hope that the restaurant can provide a variety of meals for the hungry guests in the room at night. The filet mignon is delicious, but the waiting time is longer. I hope it can be improved, and I hope to provide noodles or beef noodles.
The breakfast buffet bar is relatively small and crowded. The restaurant does not restrict visitors to wear masks to pick up dishes. They are usually close to others... I have doubts, the food is good, fresh, and the service is excellent. The fish soup and beef soup are delicious , And the service staff will first ask us which kind of egg? The choice of scrambled eggs or sun eggs, etc. Although it offers very simple eggs, it is a very special experience.
The swimming pool design is amazing, combined with the pool view is really beautiful, the overall space is comfortable, there are not too many obstacles to cover the pool view, a comfortable experience, will visit again next time, suitable for family visits, the quadruple room is large! Very clean.
