I took a buyer to go view several show homes, and I can t speak highly enough of Christian Rose in the Cy Becker show home. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with myself and my buyers. Typically show home representatives aren t a huge fan of realtors being present on deals due to a possible cut on their commission :(, but Christian didn t make us feel unwelcome at all and was very knowledgeable in his inventory. He even hobbled around injured on crutches to help us out! TROOPER!!

Needless to say, my buyers didn t just choose a Coventry home because of the nicer finishings or the layout, as several other builders had similar floor plans, etc. They decided to go with Coventry because of the level of trust and respect Christian was able to provide on top of the great quick possession home he helped us with.
