The hotel is brilliant! Service is amazing, as is the food, entertainment, hotel room and everything else. However I would like to say a huge thank you to the Rino Kids Club. The team is fantastic and sophisticated, always looking after your child to the best of their ability, especially Dima, Kristina and Julia. They are absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend to leave your child with them as they just wouldn t want to leave the place! They do face painting, arts and crafts, playing and many more fun activities for your child to take part in. Final thanks to the bartender working at the Mahzen Doir bar named Kanat. He was by far the best. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable in his work and took pride in the drinks he made, trying as hard as possible to keep his customers happy. He offered great advice on what to order, giving great detail on each. He was very fun, friendly and stood out from the rest of the staff. Would definitely recommend going, it s a place you won t regret going to.
