This is the most back wards company I have ever came across. I am a regular customer at this location and I order chicken tortilla soup every time I come here. Well this time ,I thought, was no different until I get home and open the pint of chicken tortilla soup and to my surprise there was no chicken. I called back to ask if they were serving a different soup today and they told me no. So I proceed to let her know that I didn't have any chicken in my soup and also that I had requested it when I placed my order. Her response was that they don't put chicken in the soup and if I wanted chicken that I should have let them know. I reiterated to her that I did ask them to put chicken in my soup and that the 2 years that I have been a regular customer that this has never happened before. As I was explaining to her my situation she would talk over me on the phone and cut me off as I was talking. Instead of fixing my meal and making the customer happy (like any other professional restaurant organization would have) she told me that next time I come in that u should let them know that I want chicken in my soup. I let here know that it was like buying a hamburger with no meat! I was really confused and dissapointed that she would tell me that after I told her I did. As I was saying this to her she told me to have a nice day and hung up the phone on me. All I can say know is that they lost a loyal customer and I will be sure to let friends and family know.
