Sales department is awesome! I bought a CPO here a few years ago. and the sales team is knowledgeable and professional. However, service is another story. I've had my 2002 325i serviced here for a rain gutter replacement and had to bring it back in within a few days due to poor workmanship. The second visit was supposed to take 30 min but ended up lasting 3 hours! Now, I tried to schedule a recall service for the Takata Airbags in the same vehicle. They will not provide a loaner car for this 3 hour service since my car is older than a 2012. I'm a lifelong BMW owner. Please explain to me why BMWSA deserves my business? Their loyalty to their customers apparently apparently has an expiration date.

So, I went back for the Takata Air Bag Recall. I will say that they are actually very helpful and friendly. Upgrading this review!
