I have stayed at several Marriott locations and have never experienced anything like this. As soon as we checked in, my daughters sat in the couch and immediately jumped up saying something was crawling on them. I went to look and they were covered in fleas. Within 5 minutes of being in the room, all of our luggage was covered in fleas.
We originally rented a 2 bedroom suite for 6 people to stay because we was celebrating a birthday. The accommodations they then provided to us was to split us up in 2 did rooms on 2 different floors. When we didn t like that ideal we was told that they are not making any more accommodations for us and we can have a refund. So on top of being infested with fleas, their customer service was extremely rude!!!
Being that we are going through a pandemic, one would think that they are cleaning their rooms throughly and not have been infested with fleas!!!
