The director told us we were not on her list and received us as bad guys. However, she had received confirmation of our reservation since we had exchanged in advance by mail to know the terms of reception.
Result, we were lodged the first night in a mobile home that corresponded in every way to that reserved (strange! ...), then we were put out to relocate in a trailer of the 70s remained in its own juice! No water, no rooms, no storage space, no terrace, broken garden table, very old and damaged kitchen utensils, no ice cube trays or undercounters, no mirrors, etc. Impossible as a result to cook on the spot. So we had to eat outside which caused us considerable expense!
The local health facilities were HS from Sunday to Friday! Over a week's stay it's been a long time ... Smell of sewage with a VEOLIA pumping station in front of our makeshift trailer!
We are waiting to date compensation for our stay but despite our multiple reminders, we have no sign of life.
We wanted to avoid having to spread this in the public square, but since our pseudo stay of 5/08/2019 and after more than 2 months (we are 15/10/2019), they force us.
Escape at all costs! In case of any concern, you will be left behind by both Locasun and the campsite as is our case.
Nobody manages!
