WARNING! This hotel ripped me off for $236.39. I booked the hotel with credit card points and presented the voucher at check in. They charged my card for the stay instead of using the voucher. Then they told my credit card company that I did not present a voucher. I have been trying to get my money back for weeks. The hotel keeps transferring me to accounting, but no one ever picks up the phone. Rip off...Don't stay here!!!
