I send the phone there, it stays for about 7-10 days and I receive it back with the service sheet in which the phone replacement is specified. I'm sending him to evomag this time, as I was instructed by the service. said and done. about 2-3 emails then from which in one I am told that the phone has reached them, another that it will be replaced or I will receive the money back ... and today the service card expires, which is valid for 30 days.
no one answers the phone over the phone as in the mail (sent about 3-4 to different addresses). after HOURS of waiting with that stupid song on the phone, a lady answers who tells me that nothing recorded appears to them and that she will investigate the situation (I gave her names, dates, etc.). days go by, I try to call again, nothing, 1 hour of song on the phone, you say they write down their phone numbers to which they don't answer ...
now what will happen, the service sheet expires ...
