If you like good service and friendly employees, go to iHop.
Due to the compulsory service charge of 20% (even this service charge is then subject to sales tax) the employees are neutral at best and do not need to be friendly or give you the feeling to be a valued customer. Chairs on the beach covered by resort fee, umbrella 27$ extra.
