Chris R. was an excellent technician and a true asset to Genz-Ryan. He was professional, yet friendly. Our furnace was very old ; Chris needed to customize the duct work; he worked non-stop from start to finish. He was a very good lead and was very thorough in his install. He and his team worked well together. They were very quiet and non-disruptive.

Tom M. was also excellent. He redid the electrical connection. I feel very safe and comfortable knowing the unit was properly installed. The furnace runs great! Chris R. and Tom M. did a fantastic job! Thank you... I do "love those guys!"
