I would like to thank Adam Johnson, Sales Manager @ Innovative Basement Systems and Innovative Basement Systems for such excellent customer service and work performed on my mom's basement. My mom's basement has never looked and smelled so GREAT. Adam came in and did a full assessment of her basement in rural Thompson as her basement was shifting and caving in so it needed to be reinforced as well as a full basement concrete floor replacement along with the entire Innovative Basement System to keep the basement 100% dry. Her basement has always been damp, and constantly wet. There was also an egress window that was added and it brought in so much extra light. Adam had made several suggestions and we chose to take all suggestions and I'm extremely glad we did. My mom, myself and the rest of the family are 100% satisfied with the work performed and the service that Adam and his crew had provided. I would recommend Innovative Basement Systems to anyone.
