THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS! I ve gone here for years. I ve seen so many mistakes, some I can t divulge here as they would be very libelous allegations. --- So, this review is for the people that STILL decide to go to DMC after reading this. --- For the entire time going there, I asked for copies of all my tests and notes for my own records. -- They lost SO MANY of my tests throughout the years, that I lost count. -- On every visit they ve written down WRONG INFORMATION on my chart including the date. I ve checked. -- And if a test can t be done they will ignore it ever had to be done. If you try to get refills over the phone good luck. My pharmacist and I have NEVER been successful. -- I had anaphylactic shock (serious allergic reaction) numerous times. All rushing me to the hospital. The doctors spent months changing my blood pressure medication to stop it. Dangerous business but so was my Emergency Room visits. Nothing worked. One day I asked, why are we focusing on my blood pressure medication and not taking any allergy tests. I was told, Because this is all I can do. WHAT?!? (by the way. It was NOT my blood pressure meds, I originally went back to them) So many examples. They schedule everyone for either 9am or 1pm and just let you all sit and wait, depending on what time you sign in. They makes more mistakes than I can write her. One after another. Never a visit (in years) NOT GONE WRONG! I was given other people s medical paperwork on accident NUMEROUS TIMES. Yep. The paperwork with ALL your personal information on it, First, Middle Last name AND Social Security number! In fact, once a office worker was in a nasty, snippy mood. Said I would need to give her my FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER to get my referral or I can't get it. (bzzt! wrong!) I told her no and reported her to her supervisor. I was a victim of Identity theft. But I can t tell you what the detective told me. I swear that everything I wrote here is 100% the truth. Either heed this advice and avoid DMC at all costs OR learn the hard way. I d go somewhere else if I were you...otherwise Good Luck.
