I moved my daughter to Nasser at the beginning of 2020! She has excelled at Nasser! They are structured and goal driven! They do new things each week while practicing repetition! For example, they do a
Series of handstands back and forth on the big floor. My 5 year old is really impressive with her handstands and knows the terminology they use as well! They are being trained to learn proper stance and hand etiquette when coming out of handstands and cartwheels! They also learn how to touch and get onto the balance beams. The emphasis on learning these key basics and it is very impressive to me! I was not a gymnast growing up, so seeing these things beinging drilled into our girls makes me feel like i am getting my monies worth and also giving her the best chance to be the best gymnast she can be! Especially since my girl is 5! There is a goal in mind for each gymnast and you can tell that is their main focus each week for every one of the gymnast! There isn t any mass chaos! We love it here and cannot wait to see what the future holds for our girl!
