I have placed a few orders with RAG & they are always very fast at responding to my questions. Jay even checked my order to make sure everything was in stock since I was having computer issues. I didn't even have to ask! Wow! So, 1 item was unavailable, so I changed it out for a few other things. I can't wait to have my package arrive in 3 days, I have to plan what I want to create in my kiln over holiday break!
